WHAT DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We currently have delivery vehicles to deliver cakes across the city. Please view our delivery charges per location to know the cost of delivery to get to you.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

As of now? We don’t deliver internationally. We are seriously working hard to spread our reach all over the country and finally beyond. Please do stick around, we’ll get international in no distant time.

CAN I MIX TWO TYPES OF CAKES IN ONE?

Yes you can, the difference in price will be 2,500 Naira only. You could create your own cake on our site, upload a picture of a cake you want or contact our team at orders@cakeoclock.ng.

CAN I PAY CASH? OR THROUGH TRANSFER?

You can pay with your card on the website. Or show evidence of payment off line for special cakes. For further clarification please contact info@cakeoclock.ng.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY CAKE?

All orders are peculiar. We offer on time delivery. We can assure for instant cakes delivery can be made the same day. For frosted cakes, delivery can be made in two days. For precise time duration of your order please contact our team at orders@cakeoclock.ng. Please not that time starts counting after payment has been confirmed.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Unfortunately, NO. Orders can only be changed 24 – 36 hours before delivery. No product can be returned as we have a strict rule on returns and refunds. Kindly visit our Terms & Conditions for more information or contact our support team at support@cakeoclock.ng.

HOW DO I CHANGE MISTAKEN ORDER OR DELIVERY LOCATION?

Call the customer care assistant for guidance as every mistaken order is peculiar.
